FAQ

Answers to all your burning questions

Whether you’re a first-time visitor or a seasoned con-goer, we’ve gathered all the important information you need to make the most of your experience.

GameForce is the largest gaming convention in Belgium, where the latest technologies and games are presented. In addition, gaming competitions take place and there are various opportunities to buy games and merchandise.

GameForce is organised at the same time and location as the Made in Asia and Heroes Comic Con festivals, creating one big ‘mega event’. You only need a ticket for one of them. Once inside, you’re free to move from one universe to another.

With each GameForce ticket, you will be able to enter a family-friendly festival organized on October 18-19, 2025 at Brussels Expo.

Enjoy the latest game releases and hardware, get teleported to different realms in retro experiences, shows, decors and cosplay, or have a great time in the board game areas.

You also gain access to Heroes Comic Con and Made in Asia, two huge pop culture events taking place at the same time and location!

At Brussels Expo! Address for the GPS: Place de Belgique 1 / Belgiëplein 1, 1020, Brussels, Belgium

Saturday 10h-19h

Sunday 10h-17h

For VIP and Fast Pass ticket holders, GameForce is open from 9 AM on both Saturday and Sunday.

Brussels Expo is accessible in various ways, by car, bikes, and public transport.

Check this page to plan your journey.

There is ample parking at and around the Brussels Expo. You can also buy a day pass for parking here in advance to avoid waiting times.

The full explanation regarding cosplay weapons can be found in our weapon rules.

Not all weapons are allowed, and the final decision is always for the security crew at Brussels Expo.

We will offer dressing rooms at the entrance, but you might have to wait a while during busy entry periods.

We also have cloakrooms, where you can leave your belongings for a small fee.

That’s no problem at all! Please be sure to bring a badge, paperwork, or anything else that shows that your pooch officially wears the mantle a hero guide dog.

  • The entire convention is accessible for wheelchair users.
  • The accompanying person of a wheelchair user or a blind person can enter free of charge, without a ticket. This rule only applies if the wheelchair user or blind person is a paying visitor with a valid entry ticket.

You can bring a bag, but know it will most likely be checked at the entrance.

Bringing in your own food and drinks is not allowed. An exception is made for people with allergies or other medical reasons, but you’ll need to prove it.

You can register via the press/influencer page. Be sure to include your name and media outlet, and to provide proof of your position as a journalist. Also leave your contact details so we can easily get in touch with you.

You will have the possibility to use the smoking areas between the halls, outside. But indoors, all smoking devices, including electronic cigarettes and the likes, are prohibited.

That is possible, yes. We may also use any photos/videos of you without your explicit consent (as indicated on your entry ticket). But don’t worry: we are always very respectful and we use the “Cosplay is not Consent” charter.
