Samantha Béart is een klassiek opgeleide actrice, BAFTA-genomineerde en winnaar van de GANG Award voor haar rol als Karlach in “Baldur’s Gate 3”. Ze is de eerste BAFTA Breakthrough-artiest gekozen door een rol in een videogame, met de cult indie-hit “The Excavation of Hob’s Barrow”.
Haar uitgebreide carrière omvat ook de rol van Random in “The Hitchhiker’s Guide to the Galaxy” voor BBC Radio 4 en nationale theatertours, Calliope in “The Sandman” voor Audible, en Orr in “Torchwood” voor Big Finish Productions. Andere game-rollen zijn onder andere de remake van “Demon’s Souls” en “The Solitaire Conspiracy” van Bithell Games.
